Any hard landscaped area made up of block paving, tarmac, concrete, or other stone surface is suitable for the pressure washing cleaning processes that are offered.
The top-quality pressure washing equipment we use which operates at 250 bar and 900 litres/hour flow, is vastly superior to domestic pressure washers. Unlike domestic pressure washers we can control the force and flow - cleaning your driveway or paving safely and in the case of block paving cleaning our machines are specially designed to remove the top 10mm of sand from the joints. This top 10mm of sand is the dirty contaminated sand where the vegetation grows from. After cleaning we will top the joints back up with kiln dried sand, which is sterile and will resist re-growth for a reasonable period of time. We also utilise a number of special tool attachments which enables us to operate more quickly and efficiently with less collateral mess to surroundings.
The Process we follow:

Oil stains in most cases can be removed. The picture sequence to the left of this text shows that, even in very extreme cases the stains can be significantly reduced by just one treatment. The residual stain can be blended out with a sealant, but this of course means that the whole area will need sealing. An example of this is shown on the FAQ page of this web site.
The selection and use of an acrylic or urethane pre-polymer sealant to reduce long-term maintenance needs careful consideration, please refer to the "use of sealants" page in this web site for more details.
The example shown below is a patio, which has been sealed with a gloss pre-polymer urethane sealant.
